If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please email us at [email protected] from the email address linked to your account.
In your request, please include your name and phone number (that were used for registration) so we can identify your account.
Once we receive your request, we will:
- Delete your account and all personal data (name, email, phone number, booking history, loyalty points)
- Retain only data required by law (e.g., invoices, payment records) for up to 24 months
- Confirm deletion by email within 7 days
